1. Services Scope

Prime Time TV Mounting provides residential and commercial television mounting, bracket installation, cable concealment, soundbar mounting, and secondary handyman services (including art hanging, fan installation, and furniture assembly). All services are performed by vetted, experienced professionals.

2. Booking Request & Price Confirmation

Upon submitting an online booking request, a member of our team will contact you via phone within minutes to review details, verify wall type (drywall, brick, concrete, etc.), confirm exact hardware compatibility, and confirm final pricing before locking in your appointment window.

3. Insurance & Workmanship Guarantee

Prime Time TV Mounting carries a $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance Policy for all jobs. We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all hardware and installation labor. If any mounting hardware requires adjustment within 30 days of installation, we will service it free of charge.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. You may reschedule or modify your booking at any time prior to the arrival of your technician with no penalty or hidden cancellation fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the designated installation area and providing the television and manufacturer cables if hardware is not supplied by Prime Time TV Mounting.
